Very patient with all my questions, requests and “Goldilocks” behaviors (too small, too big, too old, too crowded…). Jen was very responsive and helped coordinate important times, dates and communications. Jen has been absolutely wonderful; always responding promptly to questions no matter the day of week or time of day, checking in on us when she hasn't heard from us in a few days/weeks, providing knowledgeable insight on the market, etc. She helped us write a number of offers on multiple houses, providing tips and suggestions to make our offers competitive while not pushing us to overpay or over-offer. She helped us successfully find a new home, and then helped us promptly put our current house on the market and helped us sell it in less than a week! We cannot thank her enough for all the help she has provided and for sticking with us for so long until we found the perfect new home!

We bought back in 2017 after multiple realitors seamed to have stalled out or given up on us and basically told us to settle because the market was too tough. Jen had such a positive attitude and was patient with us. Her energy and determination led us to finding our home.
